AISportEdge ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") offers this Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") to any individual ("User", "you", or "your") who wishes to access the AISportEdge service. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
Agreement / Terms — this document constituting the legally binding agreement between you and AISportEdge.
Acceptance — the User's actions to subscribe to the Service and/or actual use of the Service.
Service (AISportEdge) — software product (Telegram bot) providing Users with analytical materials and predictions for sports events.
Subscription — a recurring payment plan that grants the User access to premium features and analytics for a specified period.
Pro Edge Subscription Plan — a subscription plan with varying features, billed on a monthly basis.
Company / We — AISportEdge, the provider of the Service.
User / You — an individual who has accepted these Terms of Service.
2. General Provisions
2.1. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2.2. The Service is purely analytical and informational in nature and is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or sports betting platform.
2.3. You agree to use the provided information at your own discretion and assume all risks associated with its use.
3. Subject of Agreement
3.1. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service's functionality.
3.2. As part of the provided access, you receive:
Limited free access to basic features and predictions;
Paid subscription plan for unlimited access to detailed analytics and premium predictions.
3.3. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Access to premium features will be suspended upon subscription expiration or cancellation.
Payment and Refunds
4.1. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
4.2. We do not store Users' credit card or payment information on our servers.
4.3. Refunds are only available in the following cases:
Technical errors in the Service's operation;
Multiple erroneous charges.
4.4. Refunds will be issued as subscription extension or monetary refund within 10 business days.
4.5. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
5. Limitations and Liability
5.1. The Service provides information "as is" without any warranties. The Company is not liable for:
Any winnings or losses incurred by the User;
Losses resulting from the use of analytics and predictions;
Outages or failures of Telegram, payment processors, or other third-party services;
Use of the Service in violation of these Terms;
Incorrect interpretation or misuse of analytics by the User;
Any other risks associated with using the Service.
5.2. The Company's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the User for the billing period in which the dispute arose.
6. Rights and Obligations
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to share your account access with third parties.
The Company agrees to provide access to subscription features of the Service as described in your selected plan.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the Telegram bot or email.
7. Term and Termination
7.1. This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of your use of the Service.
7.2. Termination occurs when:
Your subscription expires or is cancelled and the billing period ends;
Your account is suspended for violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate courts.
